Seniority shall prevail in the instance of more than one request. The holiday will be granted to only the number of persons asking for same that will not interfere with the system scheduling that would require the payment of premium time. The personal leave holiday may be selected by the employee with the prior approval of the Manager or his designated representative. PCH’s must be used during the payroll fiscal year.
