Scheduling of Interview. Any interrogation, questioning or interviewing of a bargaining unit member will be conducted at hours reasonably related to his or her current assignment, preferably during working hours, except in serious situations when time is of the essence. Interrogation sessions shall be for reasonable periods of time, and time shall be allowed during such questioning for rest periods and attendance to other physical necessities.
