UNIVERSITY RESOURCES. The University provides resources for all employees. UNIVERSITY RESOURCES. University agrees to use good faith efforts to provide or obtain the resources for the Research Project as specified in the Project Specification (the “University Resources”). In the event such University Resources cannot be provided or obtained during the course of the Research Project, the principal investigator will promptly notify SAIT to discuss the impact on the Research Project.
UNIVERSITY RESOURCES. The University confirms that (a) no US Government or other third party funding or resources will be used in the performance of the Research and (b) no property financed with proceeds of an issue of state or local bonds will be used in the performance of the Research.
UNIVERSITY RESOURCES. All parties recognize that employees are prohibited from using university resources for activities beyond assigned work duties. Examples of resources include, but are not limited to, phone, fax, copier, meeting space, university email address, office supplies.
UNIVERSITY RESOURCES. UG may grant access to, or provide facilities, equipment and/or materials for execution of the project. The use of UG’s resources by representatives of the Sponsor shall be entirely at the Sponsor’s risk. The Sponsor comprehends and agrees that UG’s resources may be used only with the prior written approval of the Principal Investigator or by individuals approved by him in advance. Under such circumstances, the Sponsor’s representatives would be provided with documentation of appropriate instruction in laboratory procedures and equipment operation. Sponsor’s representatives will adhere to all UG’s safety regulations and regulatory requirements governing the use of laboratory and waste removal in all instances. It is explicitly agreed that there will be no use of radioactive materials by the Sponsor’s representatives. Restricted materials may be used only with the prior written consent of the PI and only under conditions that fully comply with UG’s regulations. UG shall not be liable for interruption or failure of equipment, utilities or other resources of the University.
