Check antivirus and malware protection. 3 months APS Electrical Power Supplies • Check all input and output parameters (Voltage, current, power, frequency etc.) and ensure its within accepted nominal values as per IEE standards. • Check all surge/overvoltage protection units to ensure correct functionality. • Check operation of Fuses and circuit breakers • Check for ingress of moisture at distribution boards, plugs and sockets • Check all cables for damage, continuity, etc • Check earthing connections • Fixed wiring inspection and test to BS 7671standards. -(after 2 years) • Rectify where necessary. 3 months AC All Access Control System Equipment • Clean or blow to prevent dust, dirt or any form of corrosion. • Cleaning material and process shall be as per IEE standards of cleaning electrical equipment and in accordance with safety regulations. 3 months
