Existing Agreement. Except as expressly amended herein, the Credit Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, and in all other respects is affirmed.

Existing Agreement. The Parties heretofore entered into a License Agreement dated June 19, 1990 as amended on April 24, 1997 (the "Existing Agreement") for Licensee's operation of Devices in Licensor's Locations. Upon entering into this License Agreement, the Existing Agreement is terminated.
