Saltillo Shelter Arrangement - Mexico Payroll. Assuming any Mexico Subsidiary Employees are still employed at the Effective Benefits Time, Purchaser will cause any such employees to be employed in Mexico upon substantially equivalent terms and conditions as those in effect with respect to such individuals on the Closing Date.
