Extension of Restriction Period The Restriction Period shall be tolled for any period during which the Executive is in breach of any of Sections 4.2, 4.3 or 4.4 hereof.

Untamed Wanderer LLC's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Untamed Wanderer LLC's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Untamed Wanderer LLC with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Untamed Wanderer LLC with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Untamed Wanderer LLC with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
Use Restriction (a) If a natural disaster, incident or any other emergency situation occurs or is likely to occur, SORACOM may restrict the use of the SORACOM Air Global Service by the Subscriber in order to give priority to communications whose content are necessary for the prevention of or relief from calamities, for the securing of transportation, communications or electric power supply, the maintenance of public order or any other public interest.

Retention Period The Engineer shall maintain all books, documents, papers, accounting records and other evidence pertaining to costs incurred and services provided (hereinafter called the Records). The Engineer shall make the records available at its office during the contract period and for seven (7) years from the date of final payment under this contract, until completion of all audits, or until pending litigation has been completely and fully resolved, whichever occurs last.
Distribution Restrictions The Employer must elect in Section 6.03 the Adoption Agreement the distribution events permitted under the Plan. The distribution events applicable to the Participant's Deferral Contributions Account, Qualified Nonelective Contributions Account and Qualified Matching Contributions Account must satisfy the distribution restrictions described in paragraph (m) of Section 14.03.
