Salary and Benefits During the term of this Agreement:
Compensation and Benefits As compensation for all services performed by the Executive under and during the term hereof and subject to performance of the Executive’s duties and of the obligations of the Executive to the Company and its Affiliates, pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise:
Severance Pay 4.4.2(a) Severance pay - other than employees of a small employer An employee, other than an employee of a small employer, whose employment is terminated by reason of redundancy is entitled to the following amount of severance pay in respect of a period of continuous service: Period of continuous service Severance pay Less than 1 year Nil 1 year and less than 2 years 4 weeks’ pay* 2 years and less than 3 years 6 weeks’ pay 3 years and less than 4 years 7 weeks’ pay 4 years and less than 5 yeas 8 weeks’ pay 5 years and less than 6 years 10 weeks’ pay 6 years and less than 7 years 11 weeks’ pay 7 years and less than 8 years 13 weeks’ pay 8 years and less than 9 years 14 weeks’ pay 9 years and less than 10 years 16 weeks’ pay 10 years and over 12 weeks’ pay * Week’s pay is defined in 4.4.1.
PAY, HOURS AND BENEFITS III.A. WAGES
Pay and Benefits A. The Agency shall continue to pay salary and benefits which includes pension contribution, insurance and paid leave time consistent with what they earned before their appointment. Employees appointed as a Contract Specialist shall not be eligible for reimbursement for uniforms, boots or other ancillary items while serving as a Contract Specialist the specifics which will be noted in the employee’s Contract Specialist agreement.
REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS 3.1 Manitoba shall pay to Employee as remuneration for her services, within the Executive Assistant to the Minister (EXM) classification, a basic annual salary of $58,271 payable in equal bi-weekly installments of $2,233.73, at the accepted regular Manitoba Civil Service pay periods, pro-rated where necessary for any shorter period.
PENSION AND BENEFITS 26:01 Employees are eligible to participate in the Pension Plan; Long Term Disability Plan; Group Life and Survivor Income Plan; Dental Care Plan; Extended Health Care Plan; Semi-Private Hospital Accommodation Plan; Joint Membership Plan; and Vision Care Plan, as summarized in Schedules “B” to “I” attached hereto.
Employee Compensation Upon Separation An Employee, upon her separation from employment, shall be compensated for vacation leave to which she is entitled.
PRESENT CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS All rights, benefits and working conditions which employees now enjoy, receive or possess as employees of the Employer shall continue to be enjoyed and possessed insofar as they are consistent with this Agreement but may be modified by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Union.
Employer Compensation Upon Separation An Employee, upon her separation from employment, shall compensate the Employer for vacation which was taken but to which she was not entitled.
