Salary Minimums. Effective August 16, 2018, the minimum non-tenure system salary for full-time non- tenure system bargaining unit members with the rank of Instructor, Lecturer, Clinical Assistant Professor, or Research Assistant Professor in no event will be lower than $50,000; the minimum non-tenure system salary for full-time non-tenure system bargaining unit members with the rank of Senior Instructor, Senior Lecturer, Clinical Associate Professor, or Research Associate Professor in no event will be lower than $55,000; the minimum non-tenure system salary for full-time non-tenure system bargaining unit members with the rank of Clinical Professor or Research Professor in no event will be lower than $60,500.
