Safety Vests. The Judiciary will provide fitted safety vests (e.g., gender specific S, M, L, etc.) to employees performing field work consistent with the approved protocol established for the use of the vests.

Initial replacement of any vests in accordance with the protocol will occur within one and a half (1½) years of ratification of this agreement, absent circumstances outside the Judiciary’s control.
