Common use of Safety Meetings Clause in Contracts

Safety Meetings. For the duration of the Construction Period and the Operating Period, the Contractor shall conduct safety meetings prior to the commencement of any work on each major work phase of the Project and the O&M, or monthly, whichever occurs more frequently.
