Safety Hat Program. The Safety Hat system is intended to ensure that health and safety is given the highest priority at the shop floor level. It is also intended to ensure that, with other aspects of the health and safety program, worker participation and perspective is brought to the regulation of health and safety matters. Safety Hats are intended to be a visual signal regarding the importance of health and safety and be sensitive to and ready to act on health and safety matters. Safety Hats shall be selected by Union–Management Joint Health and Safety Committees as follows:

  • Safety Plan Developer’s safety plan specifically adapted for the Project. Developer's Safety Plan shall comply with all provisions regarding Project safety, including all applicable provisions in these Construction Provisions.

  • Safety Boots Each employee, after 3 months’ continuous service, will be reimbursed (on production of a receipt), the cost of one pair of safety boots (approved by the employer), in each year, to a maximum of $110.00.   • Health and Safety Plan 5. Xxxxxxx shall prepare and submit under separate cover from the Work Plan, a Health and Safety Plan consistent with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations. The Health and Safety Plan shall be submitted to the Department in the form of one electronic copy on compact disk (in .pdf format). Xxxxxxx agrees that the Health and Safety Plan is submitted to the Department only for informational purposes. The Department expressly disclaims any liability that may result from implementation of the Health and Safety Plan by Xxxxxxx. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
