Safety, breakdowns and accidents. 16.5.1 The Mine Operator shall ensure safe conditions at the Mines, and in the event of unsafe conditions, damage, breakdowns and accidents, it shall follow the relevant operating procedures and undertake removal of obstruction and debris without delay. Such procedures shall conform to the provisions of this Agreement, Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits and Standard Industry Practice.

Such procedures shall conform to the provisions of this Agreement, Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits and Standard Industry Practice. Further to note that entire responsibility of any incident or accident at the Mine site including all costs and compensations for accidents shall lie with Mine Developer and Operator.
