Safety, breakdowns and accidents. i. The Lessee will indemnify, defend, save and hold harmless the Authority and its officers, servants, agents, government instrumentalities and other enterprise owned and/or controlled by the Lessor against any and all suits, proceedings, actions, demands and claims from third parties for any loss, damage, cost and expense of whatever kind and nature, arising out of any accident or death of any person.
