Safety and Security Contractor is responsible for maintaining safety in the performance of this Contract. Contractor shall be responsible for complying with the District’s rules and regulations pertaining to safety, security, and driving on school grounds, particularly when children are present.
Health, Safety and Security 22.2.1 The University and the Association agree to promote safe, secure and healthy working conditions and procedures, and to encourage Members to adopt and follow sound health, safety and security procedures in the performance of their work.
Safety and Security Procedures Contractor shall maintain and enforce, at the Contractor Work Locations, industry-standard safety and physical security policies and procedures. COMPLIANCE WITH OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH By submission of a bid in response to this solicitation, the Bidder certifies that all material, equipment, etc., contained in their bid meets all OSHA requirements. Bidder further certifies that if they are the awarded Contractor, and the material, equipment, etc., delivered is subsequently found to be deficient in any OSHA requirements in effect on date of delivery, all costs necessary to bring the material, equipment, etc., into compliance with the aforementioned requirements shall be borne by the Contractor.

Safety and Compliance The Company commits to make all management and employees aware of all the changes to the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations.
