Safety and Security. Designer/Builder is responsible for maintaining safety in the performance of this Contract. Designer/Builder shall be responsible to ascertain from the District the rules and regulations pertaining to safety, security, and driving on school grounds, particularly when children are present. In the event that the aforementioned rules conflict with the terms of this Contract, the terms of this Contract shall prevail.

Safety and Security. Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, ordinances, policies, and procedures regarding student health and safety. OAOT must coordinate with IBM access to IBM's or Customers premises during non-regular working hours.
