Common use of Safeguarding your Card Clause in Contracts

Safeguarding your Card. You will keep your Card safe. This means that at a minimum you will: • immediately sign your Card when you receive it. • always keep your Card in your possession. • take reasonable steps to protect your Card from loss, theft or misuse. • not allow any other person to use your Card. • immediately notify us of unauthorized Transactions, if your Card or Card Details are lost or stolen or you suspect someone else knows your PIN.

This this means that at a minimum you will: • immediately sign your Card immediately when you receive it. ; • always keep your Card in your possession. ; • take reasonable steps to protect your Card from loss, theft or misuse. ; • activate your Card before using it if required; • not allow any other a person whose name is not embossed on a Card to use a Card or your Card. Credit Card account; • immediately notify us of unauthorized Transactions, at the numbers set out in paragraph 24 below if your Card or Card Details are is lost or stolen or your Credit Card account is compromised; and • change your PIn immediately and contact us if you know or suspect someone else knows your PINit.
