Common use of Safeguarding Data Integrity Clause in Contracts

Safeguarding Data Integrity. EDS will maintain internal computer data integrity safeguards (such as access codes and passwords) to protect against the accidental or unauthorized deletion or alteration of Customer's data in the possession of EDS. EDS will provide additional internal computer data integrity safeguards that Customer reasonably requests as an Additional Service. EDS will also employ and maintain controlled access systems in the Data Center.

Safeguarding Data Integrity. EDS will maintain internal computer data integrity safeguards (such as access codes codes, passwords and passwordsanti-virus programs) to protect against the accidental or unauthorized deletion or alteration of CustomerFVH's data in the possession of EDSEDS consistent with those that are from time to time generally applicable to EDS information processing centers. Upon payment by FVH of any fees that EDS will incurs, EDS shall provide such additional internal computer data integrity safeguards that Customer as FVH reasonably requests as an Additional Service. EDS will also employ and maintain controlled access systems in the Data Centerrequests.

EDS will also employ and maintain controlled access systems in the Data Centerrequests.
