Rules of Conduct. 26 The Services may include message boards, forums, chat rooms, or other interactive fea- tures that allow users to post, submit, publish, display or transmit to others content or ma- terials (collectively, the “User Contributions”). You represent and warrant that your use of the Services and all of your User Contributions comply with these Terms. Without limiting the foregoing, you commit to refrain from: § Posting, requesting, transmitting, rendering or otherwise making available or creating through or in connection with the use of the Software any materials that are or may be: (a) illegal/non-compliant and or threatening, harassing, degrading, hateful or intimidating, or which otherwise fail to respect the rights and dignity of others; (b) defamatory, libelous, fraudulent or otherwise tortious; (c) obscene, indecent, pornographic or otherwise objectionable; or (d) protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary right, without the express prior written consent of the applicable owner. § Posting, transmitting or otherwise making available through or in connection with the use of the Software any virus, worm, Trojan horse, Easter egg, time bomb, spyware, scareware, malware or other computer code, file or program that is or is potentially harmful or invasive or intended to damage or hijack the operation of, or to monitor the use of, any hardware, software or equipment (each, a “Virus”). § Posting, transmitting, rendering, or otherwise making available through or in connection with the use of the Services any materials or User Contributions that (a) violate the legal rights of others or contain any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws or regulations or that otherwise may be in conflict with these Terms or our Privacy Policy for non-US jurisdictions <xxxxx://xxxx.xx/pdfs/Xxxx-Privacy-Notice-Non-US.pdf>; (b) promote any illegal ac- tivity, or advocate, promote, or assist any unlawful act; or (c) involve commercial activities or sales, such as contests, sweepstakes, and other sales promotions, bar- ter, or advertising. § Using the Xxxx Exchange for any purpose that is fraudulent or otherwise tortious or unlawful, including but not limited to illegal gambling, money laundering, fraud, blackmail, extortion, ransoming data or the financing of terrorism, intellectual property infringement, or violent or abusive activities. § Using or attempting to use another User’s Account without permission. § Impersonating or attempting to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another User, or any other person or entity. § Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information. § Engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by the Company, may harm the Company or Users of the Services, or expose them to liability. 27 Any User Contribution you submit will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing any User Contribution, you grant us, our affiliates and service providers, and our respective licensees, successors and assigns the right to use, reproduce, perform, dis- play, distribute or otherwise disclose any such material for any purpose. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to the User Contributions. You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible and liable, not the Company, for any User Con- tributions you submit. We are not responsible or liable to any third party for the content or accuracy of any User Contribution posted by you or any other User.

that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offense; or in connection with the use of the Software any that encourages or provides instructional information about illegal activities or activities such as "hacking," "cracking," or "phreaking." o Any virus, worm, Trojan horse, Easter egg, time bomb, spyware, scareware, malware or other computer code, file file, or program that is or is potentially harmful or invasive or that may or is intended to damage damage, hijack, disable, interfere with, or hijack disrupt the operation of, or to monitor the use of, any hardware, software or equipment (eachequipment. o Any unsolicited or unauthorized advertisements, promotional material, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letter," "pyramid scheme" or investment opportunity, or any other form of solicitation that is not expressly approved by MOJILIFE in advance. o Any personally identifiable information of another individual, without the prior consent of such individual. o Any material, non-public information about a “Virus”)company, without the proper authorization to do so. § Posting• Use the MOJILIFE WEBSITES for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose. • Use the MOJILIFE WEBSITES to defame, transmittingabuse, renderingharass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise making available through or in connection with the use of the Services any materials or User Contributions that (a) violate the legal rights of others others, including without limitation others' privacy rights or contain rights of publicity, or to harvest or collect information about users of the MOJILIFE WEBSITES. • Impersonate any material person or entity, including without limitation any representative of MOJILIFE; You represent and warrant group, guild that your use of the Services and all of your User Contributions comply with these Terms. Without limiting the foregoingis harmful, you commit to refrain from: § Postingabusive, requestinghateful, transmittingracially, rendering ethnically, religiously or otherwise making available offensive, obscene, threatening, bullying, vulgar, sexually explicit, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or creating through publicity rights, encourages conduct that would violate a law or in connection a reasonable person's view, objectionable and/or inappropriate. Hate speech is not tolerated. • Use abusive, offensive, or defamatory screen names and/or personas. • Engage in disruptive behavior. Disruptive behavior includes but is not limited to conduct which interferes with the use normal flow of the Software any materials gameplay. • Impersonate another person (including celebrities), indicate falsely that you are a BALANCED employee or may be: (a) illegal/non-compliant and or threatening, harassing, degrading, hateful or intimidatinga representative of BALANCED, or which otherwise fail attempt to respect the rights and dignity of others; (b) defamatory, libelous, fraudulent or otherwise tortious; (c) obscene, indecent, pornographic or otherwise objectionable; or (d) protected mislead users by copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity or privacy indicating that you represent BALANCED or any of BALANCED’s partners or affiliates. • Attempt to get account information or other proprietary rightprivate information from anyone else on a Product. • Promote, without the express prior written consent encourage, or take part in any activity involving hacking, cracking, phishing, taking advantage of the applicable ownerexploits or cheats and/or distribution of counterfeit software and/or virtual currency/items. § Posting, transmitting or otherwise making available through or in connection with the use of the Software any • Upload files that contain a virus, worm, Trojan horse, Easter eggspyware, time bombbombs, spyware, scareware, malware corrupted data or other computer codeprograms that may damage, file or program that is or is potentially harmful or invasive or intended to damage or hijack the operation ofinterfere with, or to monitor disrupt the use of, any hardware, software or equipment (each, a “Virus”)Product. § Posting, transmitting, rendering, or otherwise making available through or in connection with the use of the Services any materials or User Contributions that (a) violate the legal rights of others or contain any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws or regulations or that otherwise may be in conflict with these Terms or our Privacy Policy for non-US jurisdictions <xxxxx://xxxx.xx/pdfs/Xxxx-Privacy-Notice-Non-US.pdf>; (b) promote any illegal ac- tivity, or advocate, promote, or assist any unlawful act; or (c) involve commercial activities or sales, such as contests, sweepstakes, and other sales promotions, bar- ter, or advertising. § Using the Xxxx Exchange • Post messages for any purpose other than personal communication, including advertising or promotional messaging, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other commercial activities. • Improperly use in-game support or complaint buttons or make false reports to BALANCED staff. • Use or distribute unauthorized "auto" software programs, "macro" software programs or other "cheat utility" software program or applications. • Use any game hacking/altering/cheating software or tools. • Modify or attempt to modify any file or any other part of the Product that BALANCED does not specifically authorize you to modify. • Post or communicate any person's real-world personal information using a Product. • Attempt to interfere with, hack into or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers for BALANCED. • Use and communicate exploits and/or cheats. • Attempt to use a Product on or through any service that is fraudulent not controlled or authorized by BALANCED. Any such use is at your own risk and may subject you to additional or different terms. BALANCED takes no responsibility for your use of a Product on or through any service that is not controlled by BALANCED. • Interfere with the ability of others to enjoy using a Product or take actions that interfere with or materially increase the cost to provide a Product for the enjoyment of all its users. • Unless expressly authorized by BALANCED, you may not sell, buy, trade or otherwise tortious transfer your personal access to a Product, Content or unlawfulCredits, including but by use of auction websites. • You may not limited use the Products to conduct any illegal gambling, money laundering, fraud, blackmail, extortion, ransoming data or the financing of terrorism, intellectual property infringement, or violent or abusive activities, and BALANCED may report such activities to the appropriate authorities when required by law. § Using • Post or attempting to use another User’s Account without permissiontransmit unsolicited advertising, promotional materials or other forms of solicitation in-game or in any forums. § Impersonating • Abuse or attempting to impersonate exploit bugs, undocumented features, design errors or problems in the Company, a Company employee, another User, game. • “Role–playing” is not an excuse for violating this or any other person or entitypolicy. § Providing falseYou must also obey all federal, inaccurate or misleading information. § Engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by the Company, may harm the Company or Users of the Services, or expose them to liability. 27 Any User Contribution you submit will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing any User Contribution, you grant us, our affiliates and service providersstate, and our respective licenseeslocal laws, successors regulations and assigns rules that apply to your activities when you use the Product. BALANCED reserves the right to use, reproduce, perform, dis- play, distribute or otherwise disclose any such material for any purpose. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in terminate your access and to prevent your use of a Product if you use your access to such Product to engage in illegal activity or to violate these Terms. If you encounter another user who is violating any of the User Contributions. You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible and liablerules of conduct set forth in these Terms, not the Company, for any User Con- tributions you submit. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Foundation grants the operators of public search engines permission to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws or regulations or that otherwise may be in conflict with these Terms or our Privacy Policy use spiders to copy materials from the Site for non-US jurisdictions <xxxxx://xxxx.xx/pdfs/Xxxx-Privacy-Notice-Non-US.pdf>; (b) promote any illegal ac- tivitythe sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, or advocate, promote, or assist any unlawful act; or (c) involve commercial activities or sales, such as contests, sweepstakes, and other sales promotions, bar- ter, or advertising. § Using the Xxxx Exchange for any purpose that is fraudulent or otherwise tortious or unlawful, including but not limited to illegal gambling, money laundering, fraud, blackmail, extortion, ransoming data caches or the financing archives of terrorism, intellectual property infringement, or violent or abusive activitiessuch materials. § Using or attempting to use another User’s Account without permission. § Impersonating or attempting to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another User, or any other person or entity. § Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information. § Engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by the Company, may harm the Company or Users of the Services, or expose them to liability. 27 Any User Contribution you submit will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing any User Contribution, you grant us, our affiliates and service providers, and our respective licensees, successors and assigns Foundation reserves the right to userevoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases. Additionally, reproduceyou acknowledge and agree that you (and not the Foundation) are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telecommunications, performbroadband, dis- playand computer hardware, distribute equipment and services needed to access and use the Site or otherwise disclose any such material Services, and paying all charges related thereto. We may terminate your use of the Site or Services for any purpose. You represent and warrant conduct that we consider to be inappropriate, or for your breach of this Agreement, including the Rules of Conduct set forth above (including, without limitation, if you own repeatedly engage in copyright infringement via or control all rights in and to connection with the User Contributions. You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible and liable, not the Company, for any User Con- tributions you submit. We are not responsible Site or liable to any third party for the content or accuracy of any User Contribution posted by you or any other UserServices).

Rules of Conduct. 26 The Services may include message boardsIn using the Site, forumsyou agree to obey the law, chat roomsrespect the rights of others and avoid objectionable, defamatory or disruptive behavior. Without limiting the foregoing, you commit to refrain from: § Posting, requesting, transmitting, rendering or otherwise making available or creating through or in connection with the use of the Software any materials Site: o Anything that are is or may be: be (a) illegal/non-compliant and or threatening, harassing, degrading, hateful or intimidating, or which otherwise fail to respect the rights and dignity of others; (b) defamatory, libelous, ; (c) fraudulent or otherwise tortious; (cd) obscene, indecent, pornographic or otherwise objectionable; or (de) protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary right, right without the express prior written consent of the applicable ownerowner of such right. § Posting, transmitting o Any material that would give rise to criminal or otherwise making available through civil liability; that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offense; that promotes gambling; or in connection with the use of the Software any that encourages or provides instructional information about illegal activities or activities such as "hacking," "cracking" or "phreaking." o Any virus, worm, Trojan horse, Easter egg, time bomb, spyware, scareware, malware spyware or other computer code, file file, or program that is or is potentially harmful or invasive or may or is intended to damage or hijack the operation of, or to monitor the use of, any hardware, software or equipment equipment. o Any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letter," "pyramid scheme" or investment opportunity, or any other form of solicitation. o Any material non-public information about a company without the proper authorization to do so. • Use the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose. • Use the Site to defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others, including without limitation others' privacy rights or rights of publicity, or harvest or collect personally identifiable information about other users of the Site. • Impersonate any person or entity, including any of our (eachor our affiliates') representatives; falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; or express or imply that we endorse any statement or posting you make. • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers or networks used to make the Site available; or violate any requirements, a “Virus”procedures, policies or regulations of such networks. • Restrict or inhibit any other person from using the Site (including by hacking or defacing any portion of the Site). § Posting• Use the Site to advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services without our express prior written consent. • Reproduce, transmittingduplicate, renderingcopy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of, use of, or otherwise making available through access to the Site. • Except as expressly permitted by applicable law, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the Site. • Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notice from the Site or materials originating from the Site. • Frame or mirror any part of the Site without our express prior written consent. • Create a database by systematically downloading and storing all or any Site content. • Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application or other manual or automatic device to retrieve, index, "scrape," "data mine" or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site, without our express prior, written consent. We are not responsible or liable to any third party for the content or accuracy of any User Contribution posted by you or any other UserSite).
