Common use of Rules of Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Rules of Arbitration. A. Within ten (10) working days of the Federation's Step 4 notice of its intent to arbitrate a grievance, the Federation shall call upon the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service or the Montana Board of Personnel Appeals for a panel of seven potential arbitrators. The Federation will provide the Director and the Chief of the State Office of Labor Relations a copy of the arbitrator panel request.

The Federation will provide arbitrators with a copy of the Director and request provided to the Chief of the State Office of Labor Relations Relations. Alternatively, a copy list from the Montana Board of the arbitrator panel requestPersonnel Appeals may be requested.
