Rules Disputes. If a dispute is a dispute to which the Rules apply that dispute will be dealt with in accordance with the dispute resolution regime set out in or implemented in compliance with the Rules.

Rules Disputes. If any Rules Dispute arises between the Parties under or in relation to this Agreement, then the dispute resolution regime provided for in the PN Rules will apply to that Dispute.
