Compliance with the Rules. You will comply with the Rules and will refrain from cooperating, either directly or indirectly, with any party who violates the Rules, or who instigates such a violation. You will inform us of any such abuse without delay.
Compliance with the Rules. CCC agrees that it shall use reasonable efforts to abide by all applicable Rules, as the same may be amended from time to time, at all times hereunder. CCC further agrees to provide each of its approved marketing representatives with materials and information provided to CCC by Bank or any Association pertaining to the Rules, and that CCC will use reasonable efforts to ensure that all its marketing representatives are familiar with, and will comply with, all applicable Rules.
Compliance with the Rules. The Company acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Rules as currently written. The Company will comply with and be bound by the Rules. Any specific obligations of the Company under this Agreement in no way alter the Company's duty to comply with the Rules. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and the Rules, the Rules shall control.

Compliance with the Rules. Merchant represents, warrants and covenants that it is and will remain throughout the term of this Agreement in compliance with the Rules , including those provisions related to data security, data integrity and the safeguarding of Cardholder Information including the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (“PCI DSS”), Discover Information Security Compliance (“DISC”), Mastercard’s Site Data Protection Program (“SDP”), American Express’ Data Security Requirements (“DSR”) and VISA’s Account Information Security Program (“AISP”), in effect and as may be amended, supplemented or replaced. Merchant will cause all of its employees, agents, and subcontractor’s agents to comply with PCI, SDP, DISC, DSR and AISP requirements at all times. Merchant will encrypt all debit, credit, or stored value card numbers whether in storage, transport or backup and will not store data security codes on its systems, network, or software. Xxxxxxxx will immediately report to MAS in writing any non-compliance and any violation of security or privacy obligations or a breach in data security resulting in the potential for unauthorized access to Cardholder personal information. If (i) Merchant informs, or (ii) MAS, BPPR or a member of the Card Associations, informs Xxxxxxxx, of an alleged breach in data security resulting in the potential for unauthorized access to Cardholder personal information, Merchant shall, as soon as possible, engage a PCI forensic investigator service provider, from the list designated by the Card Associations, for emergency incident response services and PCI forensic investigator services, among others, payable by Xxxxxxxx, and shall fully cooperate with the investigation until completed.
Compliance with the Rules. Without prejudice to the right to terminate, in the event that the Client is in breach of the Rules of Engagement, where they are applicable Best Companies shall be under no obligation to provide the services or be under any liability to refund any sums received by way of Administration Fee or otherwise.
Compliance with the Rules. During Visitor’s visit to the Property, Visitor will conduct himself/herself in a safe manner, follow all instructions given by Owner, and not interfere with the activities being conducted on the Property or others’ use of the Property. In addition, Visitor shall comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules and regulations and all commonly accepted standards for conducting activities on the Property. Except as expressly permitted by Owner after proper instruction and training, Volunteer shall not attempt to use or tamper with any of the machinery, equipment, or other implements located on the Property and shall follow all rules designed for safety at all times while on the Property. Visitor agrees to provide and wear appropriate personal protection equipment, including safety glasses and steel-toed boots, if required by Owner in connection with any activities. If, in the sole opinion of Owner, the actions of Visitor’s in any way endanger the Property or the persons located thereon, or interfere with Owner’s operations on the Property, Owner shall have the right to immediately revoke Visitor’s access to the Property.
