Routine Tests. All handling devices and lifting tackle supplied for maintenance purposes under this contract shall unless they are built into and form part of the equipment, be tested, marked and certificates of test provided. Lifting tackle built into and forming part of the equipment shall be operated with the maximum working load to the satisfaction of the Engineer.
