Rights to General Plans, Specifications and Working Drawings. (a) Builder retains all rights with respect to the Specifications, plans, working drawings, technical descriptions, calculations, test results and other data, information and all other materials and documents relating to the design and construction of the Vessel (“Design Documents”).
