RIGHTS, PRIVILEGES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES. 1 2.01 – EMPLOYEES: Employees shall have the right to join or not join the Association. 2 Employees shall have the right to engage in lawful concerted activities for the purpose of collective 3 bargaining as it relates to conditions of employment or compensation or other mutual aid or 4 protection. The employees shall have the right to refrain from engaging in such activities. They 5 shall have the right to express and communicate views in accordance with state and federal law 6 and have the right to a fair and equitable grievance procedure administered without regard to 7 membership or non-membership or by virtue of their holding or not holding office in the 8 Association. This article shall be applied to all employees by the employer and Association.
