RIGHTS OF NATURAL PERSONS-DATA SUBJECTS. 8.1 With regard to the nature and kind of the Processing of Personal Data that is carried out, and by taking appropriate technical and organizational measures, the Data Processor carries the explicit obligation to aid the Data Controller in the fulfilment of the latter's obligations regarding the exercise of the rights of Natural Persons - Data Subjects as provided for in the Regulation. Technical and organizational measures may include, but are not limited to, appropriate technical solutions, where appropriate, forms of exercise of rights, and policies and procedures that accurately describe the rights of Natural Persons and the respective responsibilities of the Data Controller, the Data Processor and its personnel, training of the Data Processor's personnel for informing the latter of the extent of their obligations, etc.
