RIGHTS OF GRIEVANTS. Grievant(s) shall have the right to have Association representation at all steps of the grievance procedure. In the event the employee does not desire Association representation, the Association retains the right to be present at all steps and make known the Association’s views concerning the grievance and its resolution.
