Rights of Bond Credit Provider. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Master Indenture to the contrary, until NVTC has reimbursed a Bond Credit Provider for amounts paid under a Bond Credit Facility to pay the interest on or the principal of any Bonds on any Payment Date, (i) such Bonds shall be deemed to be Outstanding and such Bond Credit Provider shall succeed to the rights and interests of the Owners to the extent of the amounts paid under the Bond Credit Facility until such amounts have been reimbursed and (ii) upon presentation to the Trustee, such Bond shall be registered in the name of the Bond Credit Provider or its nominee.
