Death of Annuitant If the natural Owner and Annuitant are different, and the Annuitant dies before the Annuity Date, the Owner becomes the Annuitant until the Owner elects a new Annuitant. If there are Joint Annuitants, upon the death of any Annuitant prior to the Annuity Date, the Owner may elect a new Joint Annuitant. However, if the Owner is a non-natural person, We will treat the death of any Annuitant as the death of the "Primary Annuitant" and as the death of the Owner, see DEATH PROVISIONS.
Rights of Participants Any participant in a Lender's interests hereunder may assert any claim for yield protection under Section 4.03 that it could have asserted if it were a Lender hereunder. If such a claim is asserted by any such participant, it shall be entitled to receive such compensation from the Borrower as a Lender would receive in like circumstances; provided, however, that with respect to any such claim, the Borrower shall have no greater liability to the Lender and its participant, in the aggregate, than it would have had to the Lender alone had no such participation interest been created.
Rights of Agent (1) In administering the Credit, the Agent may retain, at the expense of the Lenders if such expenses are not recoverable from the Borrower, such solicitors, counsel, auditors and other experts and agents as the Agent may select, in its sole discretion, acting reasonably and in good faith after consultation with the Lenders.
Rights of Survivorship Unless otherwise stated on the Account Card or documented through the Credit Union’s online application and authentication process, a joint account includes rights of survivorship. This means that when one (1) owner dies, all sums in the account will pass to the surviving owner(s). For a joint account without rights of survivorship, the deceased owner’s interest passes to his or her estate. A surviving owner’s interest is subject to the Credit Union’s statutory lien for the deceased owner’s obligations and to any security interest or pledge granted by a deceased owner, even if a surviving owner did not consent to it.
CONTINGENT ANNUITANT The person designated by the Owner who, upon the Annuitant's death prior to the Annuity Commencement Date, becomes the Annuitant.
Rights of Use of the results and of pre-existing rights by the NA and the Union The beneficiaries grant the NA and the Union the following rights to use the results of the project:
ANNUITANT The Annuitant is the person on whose life Annuity Payments are based. The Annuitant is the person designated by you subject to our underwriting rules then in effect. The Annuitant may not be changed in a Contract which is owned by a non-individual.
Rights of Access The employee shall be given access to copies of all materials supporting the proposed action and shall be provided with copies upon request.
Rights of the Holders to Receive Payment Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture, the right of any Holder to receive payment of principal of and interest on the Securities held by such Holder, on or after the respective due dates expressed or provided for in the Securities, or to bring suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective dates, shall not be impaired or affected without the consent of such Holder.
Rights of Individuals 110. An employee may not be disciplined or discharged without just cause and without written notice of the intended action. The City agrees to follow the principles of progressive discipline.
