Right to enter into Deed(s) of Grant of Easement. Without prejudice to the generality of sub-clause (m) and (n) above and subject to the prior written approval of the Owners’ Committee or the Owners’ Corporation (if formed), the right, with or without joining any Owner, to enter into any deed or deeds of grant of easement in favour of the owners and/or occupiers of neighbouring premises or any easement or right of way exercisable by the Owners of the Land over any neighbouring premises at any time or times and on such terms and subject to such conditions and with such party or parties as the First Owner may deem appropriate, and to enter into any deed or deeds, at any time or times, to vary, amend or otherwise alter the terms, conditions or covenants of such deed or deeds so long as the same does not or do not affect the right of any Owner to the exclusive use and occupation of his Unit and does not impede or restrict the access to and from any part or parts of the Building and the Land and PROVIDED THAT all monetary consideration (if any) received therefor pursuant to this sub-Clause shall be paid into the Special Fund.

Mortgagor shall not accept prepayments of installments of Rent to become due for a period of more than one month in advance (except for security deposits and estimated payments of percentage rent, if any).

  • Access Easement The Owner shall grant to VBWD the necessary easements and rights-of-way and/or maintain perpetual access from public rights-of-way to the Facility for VBWD, its agent, or contractor.

  • Conservation Easement School shall abide by the terms of the Easement, attached as Exhibit “D” and granted by the District to Authority. The Easement shall be recorded against the Subject Property by the Authority, at the Authority’s sole cost and expense. This Easement may be executed and recorded without further approval of the Parties’ governing bodies, except that approval is required to authorize the execution of this Agreement.

  • F4 Transfer and Sub-Contracting F4.1 Except where clauses F4.5 and F4.6 both apply, the Contractor shall not transfer, charge, assign, sub-contract or in any other way dispose of the Contract or any part of it without prior Approval. All such documents shall be evidenced in writing and shown to the Authority on request. Sub-contracting any part of the Contract shall not relieve the Contractor of any of its obligations or duties under the Contract.

  • Amendment of Contract This agreement contains the whole of the agreement between the Company and the Consultant and there are no other warranties, representations, conditions or collateral agreements except as set forth in this agreement. Any modification to this agreement must be in writing and signed by the parties hereto or it shall have no effect and shall be void.
