Assignment of Overtime. Overtime shall be divided as equally as possible among the employees in any particular work group who are qualified to perform the available work. A current list of overtime hours, worked or declined by each employee during the calendar year, will be posted on a Department of Public Works bulletin board within the work area for review by employees. Previous overtime reports will be maintained in a folder within the office of the Highway Superintendent for review by employees upon request. Overtime lists will not be removed, defaced or marked.
