Right of Use/Ownership of Antennas. Landlord shall have the right to use the remainder of the Roof and for permitting other tenants in the Building to lease space on the Roof and in any event only if (a) Tenant continues to have reasonable access to the Antenna Site and the Antennas, and (b) any other equipment installed on the Roof pursuant to leases or other agreements entered into after the date of this Lease will not interfere with the Antennas’ ability to receive.

Right of Use/Ownership of Antennas. Landlord shall have the right to use the remainder of the Roof for any purpose including permitting other tenants in the Building to lease space on the Roof provided that (i) Tenant continues to have reasonable access to the Antenna Site and the Antennas, and (ii) any other equipment installed on the Roof pursuant to leases or other agreements entered into after the date of this Lease will not block the ability of the Antennas to send or receive signals or otherwise materially interfere with the operation or function of such Antennas. The foregoing shall be subject to Landlord's right to provide wireless telecommunications services to the Building.
Right of Use/Ownership of Antennas. Landlord shall have the right to use the remainder of the Roof for any purpose including permitting other tenants or other occupants of the Building to lease space on the Roof; provided, that (a) Tenant continues to have reasonable access to the Antenna Site and the Antennas, and (b) any other equipment installed on the Roof pursuant to leases or other agreements entered into after the Execution Date shall not interfere with the ability of the Antennas to receive radio signals. Tenant further agrees to install, maintain, and operate the Antennas (such operation to include such factors as the frequency at which the Antennas are operated) in a manner which shall not interfere with other antennas or other rooftop telecommunications equipment present on the Roof as of the date hereof, including, without limitation, the installation of filters, at Tenant’s expense, if necessary to prevent such interference.

  • Ownership of Materials Employee agrees that all inventions, improvements, discoveries, designs, technology, and works of authorship (including but not limited to computer software) made, created, conceived, or reduced to practice by Employee, whether alone or in cooperation with others, during employment, together with all patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property rights related to any of the foregoing throughout the world, are among other things works made for hire and belong exclusively to the Company, and Employee hereby assigns all such rights to the Company. Employee agrees to execute any documents, testify in any legal proceedings, and do all things necessary or desirable to secure Company’s rights to the foregoing, including without limitation executing inventors’ declarations and assignment forms. If there is a separate signed agreement between Employee and the Company including terms directly related to intellectual property rights, then the intellectual property terms of that agreement shall control.

The Consultant shall, upon the Company's request, execute, acknowledge and deliver to the Company all instruments and do all other acts which are necessary or desirable to enable the Company or any of its subsidiaries to file and prosecute applications for, and to acquire, maintain and enforce, all patents, trademarks and copyrights in all countries in connection with any component of the Work Product.
