Right of Company to Allocate Work To. Employees Moving The Company will have the sole authority for the allocation of work for employees moving under the conditions of Section or for a period of three (3) months from the date of the move or until the date of the next Job Bid whichever comes first. Section Dovetailing of Seniority for Employees Moving Employees moving under the conditions of Section or will dovetail their seniority dates with those persons already employed at the terminal to which they moved. Section New Terminal or Operation In the event the Company establishes a new terminal or operation at a different location within a town or city in which the Company already has a terminal or operation, the Company and the Union will meet and establish procedures which will protect the seniority of employees at the original and new terminal.   • Right to Stop Work If Contractor fails to correct any defective Work or repeatedly fails to perform the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents, Owner shall have the right to order Contractor to stop performing the Work, or any portion thereof, until the cause for such order is eliminated.

  • Obligation to Provide State Access to Grant Records The Grantee must make all grant records of expenditures, copies of reports, books, and related documentation available to the Division or a duly authorized representative of the State of Florida for inspection at reasonable times for the purpose of making audits, examinations, excerpts and transcripts.

  • Right to Refuse Unsafe Work Employees have the right to refuse to perform unsafe work pursuant to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations of the Workers Compensation Act.

  • Modified Work/Return to Work (a) The parties recognize the duty of reasonable accommodation for individuals under the Human Rights Code of Ontario and agree that this Collective Agreement will be interpreted in such a way as to permit the Employer and the Union to discharge that duty.

  • Modified Work/Return to Work Programs The Hospital and the Union recognize the purpose of modified work/return to work programs, is to provide fair and consistent practices for accommodating nurses who have been ill, injured or permanently disabled, to enable their early and safe return to work. The parties undertake to provide safe and meaningful employment for both permanently or temporarily disabled nurses based on the following principles:

  • Obligation to Provide Public Access to Grant Records The Division reserves the right to unilaterally cancel this Agreement in the event that the Grantee refuses public access to all documents or other materials made or received by the Grantee that are subject to the provisions of Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, known as the Florida Public Records Act. The Grantee must immediately contact the Division's Contract Manager for assistance if it receives a public records request related to this Agreement.

  • Application of this Revenue Sharing Agreement to Notes The terms of this Revenue Sharing Agreement shall apply to each Note as if the terms of this Revenue Sharing Agreement were fully set forth in each Note.

  • RIGHT OF ALLOTTEE TO USE COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF TOTAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES The Allottee hereby agrees to purchase the [Apartment/Plot] on the specific understanding that is/her right to the use of Common Areas shall be subject to timely payment of total maintenance charges, as determined and thereafter billed by the maintenance agency appointed or the association of allottees (or the maintenance agency appointed by it) and performance by the Allottee of all his/her obligations in respect of the terms and conditions specified by the maintenance agency or the association of allottees from time to time.

  • City’s Right to Terminate for Convenience City may, at its sole option and for its convenience, terminate all or any portion of this Contract by giving thirty (30) days’ written notice of such termination to Contractor. The termination of the Contract shall be effective upon receipt of the notice by Contractor. After termination of all or any portion of the Contract, Contractor shall: (1) immediately discontinue all affected performance (unless the notice directs otherwise); and (2) complete any and all additional work necessary for the orderly filing of documents and closing of Contractor's affected performance under the Contract. After filing of documents and completion of performance, Contractor shall deliver to City all data, drawings, specifications, reports, estimates, summaries, and such other information and materials created or received by Contractor in performing this Contract, whether completed or in process. By accepting payment for completion, filing, and delivering documents as called for in this section, Contractor discharges City of all of City’s payment obligations and liabilities under this Contract with regard to the affected performance.

  • RIGHT TO MONITOR AND AUDIT COUNTY, State and Federal Governments shall have the right to monitor all work performed under this Agreement to assure that all-applicable State and Federal regulations are met. COUNTY, State and Federal Governments shall have the right to audit all work, records and procedures related to this Agreement to determine the extent to which the program is achieving its purposes and performance goals. COUNTY will have the right to review financial and programmatic reports and will notify CONTRACTOR of any potential Federal and/or State exception(s) discovered during such examination. COUNTY will follow-up and require that the CONTRACTOR takes timely and appropriate action on all deficiencies. Failure by the CONTRACTOR to take timely and appropriate action on all deficiencies shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
