Common use of Revocation Review Clause in Contracts

Revocation Review. Failure to meet the requirements specified in the Notice of Breach, or certain violations of law that are serious enough to justify an initial heightened response, will result in a charter school Revocation Review. Schools may also be subject to the Revocation Review if they receive more than one Notice of Breach in the same school year.
