Revisions to UL Solutions Requirements. Applicant acknowledges and agrees that if a revision to an applicable UL Solutions Requirement is adopted during the term of the Service Agreement, UL Solutions Contracting Party shall, in its sole discretion, determine the date by which Applicant must cease using the certificate and shall notify Applicant, in writing and as soon as is practicable, of such date. Applicant unconditionally agrees to comply with the terms of any such notice of termination. Where further assessment is required by UL Solutions Contracting Party as a result of the revision to UL Solutions Requirements, the Applicant will be duly notified and be given the opportunity to authorize additional Functional Safety Certificate Service.

  • PROVISIONS REQUIRED BY LAW Each and every provision of law and clause required to be inserted into this Contract shall be deemed to be inserted herein, and this Contract shall be read and enforced as though it were included herein. If through mistake or otherwise, any provision is not inserted or is not inserted correctly, upon application of either Party, this Contract shall forthwith be physically amended to make such insertion or correction.
