Common use of Revisions of Plans and Specifications Clause in Contracts

Revisions of Plans and Specifications. City reserves the right to direct substantial revision of the plans, special provisions, and specifications after acceptance by City as City may deem necessary, but in such event City shall pay Engineer equitable compensation for services rendered in making such revisions. In any event, when Engineer is directed to make substantial revisions under this Section of the contract, Engineer shall provide to City a written proposal for the entire costs involved in providing City a completed set of plans, specifications and special provisions and the completion time involved in the revisions.
