Review of Counsel. The parties acknowledge that each party and its counsel have reviewed and revised this Agreement and that the normal rules of construction to the effect that any ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting party shall not be employed in the interpretation of this Agreement or exhibits hereto.
Review of Counsel. Employee hereby acknowledges and confirms that Employee is freely entering into this Employment Agreement and that Employee has had an opportunity to consult with an attorney of Employee’s choice in connection with the negotiation and execution of this Employment Agreement.

Review of Counsel. The patties acknowledge that each xxxxx and its counsel have had an oppo1tunity to review and revise this Agreement and that the normal rules of construction to the effect that any ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting party shall not be employed in the interpretation of this Agreement or its attachments.
Review of Counsel. It is agreed between the Parties that each Party has had the opportunity to have this document reviewed by legal counsel of its own selection and has had the opportunity to revise the document as agreed between the Parties. Since this opportunity has been provided it is agreed between the Parties that the rule that an ambiguity or perceived inequity shall be resolved against the drafter of the agreement shall not apply. Instead the parties shall be viewed as equally contributing to the language of the Agreement.
