WRITTEN AMENDMENT. 5.05.1 Unless otherwise specified elsewhere in this Agreement, this Agreement may be amended only by written instrument executed on behalf of the City (by authority of an ordinance adopted by the City Council) and Contractor. The Director is only authorized to perform the functions specifically delegated to him or her in this Agreement.
WRITTEN AMENDMENT. This Contract may only be changed by written amendment signed by Contractor and the City Administrator or other authorized representative of the City, subject to any requisite authorization by the City Council. Any oral representations or modifications concerning this Contract shall be of no force or effect.
WRITTEN AMENDMENT. No change, waiver, modification, or amendment of this Agreement shall be binding or of any effect unless in writing duly signed by the party against which the change, waiver, modification, or amendment is sought to be enforced.
