Review by the Board of Education. a. Within five (5) working days of the receipt of the Superintendent’s decision, the grievant submits a written request to the Board for a review of the decision, stating the alleged violation and his/her disagreement with the Superintendent’s decision. The Board will review all records of the proceedings and may confer with the parties involved. Such conferences shall be informal and in closed session. The Board may establish a committee of the Board to carry out the provisions of this Section.
