Revenues Generated. The City shall be entitled to all revenues directly generated at the Park during the Term. Said revenues shall include monies derived from advertising, sponsorship, concession operation and game day charges. However, CCC shall have the right to retain any admissions charged for its teams’ games.
Revenues Generated. All funds generated by the operation of the Aquarium and/or private fund raising efforts of TSA shall be used exclusively by TSA for the benefit of programs and facilities supporting the purposes specified in TSA’s mission statement or as otherwise allowed under Section 50l(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. TSA will use its best efforts during the term of this Lease to raise sufficient funds to fully support the Aquarium.
Revenues Generated. A. The Club shall have the exclusive right, during the Term of this Agreement, to sell advertising within the Park by means of physical signs and banners or digitally displayed signs, banners, and videos on the Scoreboard or other digital media.
B. The Club shall pay to the City 5% of gross Advertising sales up to $100,000.00 and, then, 10% of sales in excess or $100,000.00 to be paid one-half on August 1 and the balance in full on September 1, each season during the Term. The Club may credit against these sales the cost of producing the advertising when originally produced in the first year and may not credit that cost thereafter.
