Revenues Generated. All funds generated by the operation of the Aquarium and/or private fund raising efforts of TSA shall be used exclusively by TSA for the benefit of programs and facilities supporting the purposes specified in TSA’s mission statement or as otherwise allowed under Section 50l(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. TSA will use its best efforts during the term of this Lease to raise sufficient funds to fully support the Aquarium.
