Revenues Generated. A. The Club shall have the exclusive right, during the Term of this Agreement, to sell advertising within the Park by means of physical signs and banners or digitally displayed signs, banners, and videos on the Scoreboard or other digital media. B. The Club shall pay to the City 5% of gross Advertising sales up to $100,000.00 and, then, 10% of sales in excess or $100,000.00 to be paid one-half on August 1 and the balance in full on September 1, each season during the Term. The Club may credit against these sales the cost of producing the advertising when originally produced in the first year and may not credit that cost thereafter.
