Revenue Goal. Performance represents 100% from the target. The bonus achievement will be £20,000. For each 5% additional increment in performance, the bonus achievement will be increased by £4,000. For each 1% additional increment in performance, the bonus is calculated according to a scale of £4,000/5% = £800. For example: Performance represents 112% from the target. The bonus achievement would be 112%-100%=12%. Bonus = £800x12=£9,600+£20,000=£29,600. Performance represents 95% from the target. Bonus achievement will be £12,000. For each 5% decrease in performance, the bonus achievement is decreased by £12,000. For each 1% additional decrease in performance, the bonus is calculated according to a scale of £12,000/5% = -£2,400.
