REVALIDATIONS Clause Samples

The REVALIDATIONS clause establishes the process and requirements for periodically confirming or updating the validity of certain credentials, certifications, or approvals relevant to the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the frequency and method by which parties must provide evidence that their qualifications or authorizations remain current, such as submitting updated licenses or compliance documents at specified intervals. Its core practical function is to ensure ongoing compliance and mitigate risks associated with expired or invalid credentials during the term of the contract.
