Compositions definition

Compositions any corporate action, legal proceedings or other procedure or steps are taken, or negotiations commenced, by the Borrower or any other Security Party or any other Restricted Company or by any of its creditors with a view to the general readjustment or rescheduling of all or part of its indebtedness or to proposing any kind of composition, compromise or arrangement involving such company and any of its creditors; or
Compositions means any single musical composition, irrespective of length, including all spoken words and bridging passages and a medley.

Compositions means the compositions embodied on the “Masters” as well as the copyrights in and to the Compositions.
