Compositions any corporate action, legal proceedings or other procedures or steps are taken, or negotiations commenced, by any Security Party or by any of its creditors with a view to the general readjustment or rescheduling of all or part of its indebtedness or to proposing any kind of composition, compromise or arrangement involving such company and any of its creditors; or
Compositions any steps are taken, or negotiations commenced, by any Relevant Party or by any of its creditors with a view to the general readjustment or rescheduling of all or part of its Indebtedness or to proposing any kind of composition, compromise or arrangement involving such company and any of its creditors; or
Compositions any corporate action, legal proceedings or other procedures are taken, by the Borrower or by any of its creditors with a view to the general readjustment or rescheduling of all or substantially all of its Indebtedness, or to proposing any kind of composition, compromise or arrangement involving such company and all or substantially all of its creditors; or
Compositions. Revenue earned by Seller in connection with the exploitation of the Compositions in the Portfolio will be paid at the Percentage Interest and for the applicable Revenue Sources (e.g., writer’s share of public performances) as set forth in Schedule A. Revenue shall be determined by reference to the royalty statements from the royalties and other income paid to Seller for the applicable month, calendar quarter or bi-yearly, as applicable, which shall be conclusive and binding upon the Parties, absent manifest error.
Compositions. No member of the Group has made or proposed any arrangement or composition with its creditors or any class of its creditors.
Compositions any limited partnership, limited liability company or corporate action, legal proceedings or other procedures or steps are taken, or negotiations commenced, by any Security Party (other than the Manager) or Navios GP or by any of its creditors with a view to the general readjustment or rescheduling of all or part of its Indebtedness or to proposing any kind of composition, compromise or arrangement involving such limited partnership, limited liability company or corporation and any of its creditors; or
Compositions. The Company has not made or proposed any arrangement or composition with its creditors or any class of its creditors.
Compositions any steps are taken, or negotiations commenced, by any ------------ member of the Restricted Group or by any of their respective creditors with a view to proposing any kind of composition, compromise or arrangement involving such company and any of its creditors; or
Compositions any steps are taken, or negotiations commenced, by any Security Party or by any of its creditors with a view to the general readjustment or rescheduling of all or part of its indebtedness or to proposing any kind of composition, compromise or arrangement involving such company and any of its creditors provided, however, that if the Borrower are able to provide such evidence as is satisfactory in all respects to the Lender that such rescheduling will not relate to any payment default or anticipated default the same shall not constitute an Event of Default; or
Compositions any corporate action, legal proceedings or other procedures or steps are taken, or negotiations commenced prior to Delivery, by the Builder or the Refund Guarantor or by any of its creditors with a view to the general readjustment or rescheduling of all or a material part of its indebtedness or to proposing any kind of composition, compromise or arrangement involving such company and any of its creditors; or
