Common use of Revalidation Clause in Contracts

Revalidation. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will reimburse an officer any expenses reasonably incurred by the officer in the performance of their duties and on behalf of ▇▇▇▇▇▇. Unless the cost of a particular work- related expense has been incorporated into an employee’s salary, this will include reimbursement of costs for company required medicals, vaccinations, refrigeration registration and similar, AMSA fees, revalidation costs, certificates required in accordance with the flag state of a vessel. In order to claim a reimbursement under this clause, an officer will produce evidence to the reasonable satisfaction of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ that the expenditure claimed was properly incurred by the officer.
