Revalidation. Doctors in training will be revalidated by the GMC at five year after full registration with the GMC or at CCT which ever is the soonest (however, where a trainee is revalidated at 5 years, they will be revalidated again at CCT). Trainees need to be engaged in and meeting the assessments and curriculum requirements of the training programme and will be in regular discussion with the Educational Supervisor about progress and outstanding learning needs. These discussions should include summarising and reflecting on strengths and weaknesses and significant achievements or difficulties, which will usually encompass information on significant events, and complaints and compliments. This national process requires the HEEKSS GP School to collect data from the trainee, the employer(s) and Educational Supervisors in order to inform the revalidation process through the ARCP. This information will be provided under three headings: Conduct/capability investigation Serious Untoward incident Complaints To fully engage in meeting the assessments and curriculum requirements To reflect on strengths and weaknesses and significant events, complaints or compliments in the ePortfolio To complete the Enhanced Form R and submit this annually prior to the ARCP to the GP School. To provide feedback to the trainee on their strengths and weaknesses To report any SUIs to the Patch Associate ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇. To complete the Revalidation section of the ES Review and report on fitness to practice issues and any known unresolved concerns.
Revalidation. 9.1. The Trust and UCL will identify shared employees eligible for revalidation via the Trust and those trainees eligible for revalidation via the relevant Deanery (ARCP). For shared employees eligible for revalidation via the Trust, the following applies:
Revalidation. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will reimburse an officer any expenses reasonably incurred by the officer in the performance of their duties and on behalf of ▇▇▇▇▇▇. Unless the cost of a particular work- related expense has been incorporated into an employee’s salary, this will include reimbursement of costs for company required medicals, vaccinations, refrigeration registration and similar, AMSA fees, revalidation costs, certificates required in accordance with the flag state of a vessel. In order to claim a reimbursement under this clause, an officer will produce evidence to the reasonable satisfaction of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ that the expenditure claimed was properly incurred by the officer.
Revalidation. If an insured person is absent for more than a working week as a result of being required to undergo training, retraining or education, as part of the relicensing and recertification process overseen by the UK Revalidation Programme Board, the insurer will indemnify the insured for the locum costs of the insured practice for up to twenty (20) working days in any one period of insurance, subject to the deferment period shown in the schedule. Where an insured person period of absence is less than a complete working week the amount payable for each working day shall be the proportional equivalent of the amount payable for that insured persons normal working week. The cover provided by this clause will not apply to any relicensing and recertification prior to the commencement of the period of insurance (or if an insured person is added subsequently thereto, from the date of attachment), which gives rise to absence in respect of Revalidation even if the absence occurs after the period of insurance.

Where the GP Clinical Supervisor is the Educational Supervisor report on fitness to practice and any unresolved concerns The GP Trainer is expected to allow BBT trainees access to clinical and appropriate business meetings within the Practice as part of the educational process. The BBT trainee is expected to attend all relevant Practice based clinical meetings as agreed with the GP Trainer Trainees will ensure that all information covered in these meetings will be treated confidentially, both in relation to information relating to the Practice and its staff and patients.
Revalidation. Upon implementation of each engineering change, StorageTek agrees to perform revalidation testing at no charge to IBM to ensure that the Equipment so changed meets the Specifications.
Revalidation. It is the expectation of the Employer that you will already have been assigned a responsible officer for revalidation purposes prior to undertaking the Services. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a responsible officer. If you believe that it is likely that the Employer will become responsible for your revalidation as a consequence of you undertaking the duties for the Employer, you must inform the Senior Partner or equivalent post holder at the Employer and prior to the Commencement Date.

Revalidation. The Company will bear the expense of maintaining an Employee’s Certificate of Competency to its present level regardless of the level of qualification required to perform his/her duties. The Company will pay for college tuition fees, examination fees, travel and accommodation (but only to the nearest location). Courses will be undertaken in an Employee's Accrued Leave.

The Lead Employer will comply with the national requirement and KSS policy and processes for collecting information and evidence for GPStRs revalidation from Host Organisations, annually or as required, and providing the KSS with Fitness to Practise reports within the required timescales Costs properly and necessarily incurred by the Lead Employer pursuant to the obligations and delivery of services set out in this Agreement should be recharged to the KSS or Host Organisation as detailed in this Appendix. The KSS shall not be liable for any additional costs outside of those agreed in this Appendix without prior written agreement between the Parties. Requests and proposals for additional funding by the Lead Employer resulting from any required change to service provision should be separately negotiated with the KSS. Consideration will be given to the timing of recharges which will minimise any cash flow risk to the Lead Employer and to Host Organisations. It is the responsibility of the Lead Employer to negotiate locally with appropriate Host Organisations to set up payments on account based on estimates and manage invoiced charges to reduce this risk. The Lead Employer will raise monthly invoices in arrears to the Host Organisations (not including GP Practices) as appropriate, reflecting the actual charges arising in that period (including pay, and study leave where appropriate). A supporting schedule should also be provided to identify charges for each named GPStR setting out individual elements of the recharge. The KSS, via the GP Programme Director/MEM will advise the Lead Employer of rotations in accordance with the agreed timetable at least 12 weeks in advance of the rotation. The Lead Employer will then re-designate a GPStR to the correct Host Organisation and allocate the payroll costs accordingly. Lead Employer finance/payroll departments must liaise with the Lead Employer Service HR team to accurately identify costs and recharges. In the event of a dispute over charges, the Lead Employer and the KSS will endeavour to ensure that any dispute is resolved locally, involving Directors of Finance if necessary. Only as a last resort should the disputes be referred to dispute resolution (see clause 12 of this Agreement).
