Return of Teacher from Approved Leaves of Absence. A. Those teachers returning from Board-approved leaves of absence who have taught in the District for five (5) or more years shall be assigned to the same position from which leave was taken, provided the position has not been abolished. In that event, the teacher shall be assigned to a position similar to, and for which, he/she is certified.
