Return of Furnished Property. At Flyer’s request, and/or upon expiration, completion, or termination of this Purchase Order, Supplier shall submit, in an acceptable form, an inventory list of all property furnished hereunder, and shall deliver or dispose of such Furnished Property as directed by Xxxxx. If Supplier fails to return Furnished Property upon Flyer’s demand, Flyer shall have the right, upon reasonable notice, to enter Supplier’s premises and remove any such Furnished Property without being liable for trespass or damages of any sort.
